Personal info: I am a mother, community health worker, and perinatal support professional living in Rockaway Beach.

I currently work with Baby Blues Connection, supporting parents and young children in building connection with one another and accessing the resources they need to thrive. I am also training as a birth and postpartum doula. When I'm not working with families or caring for my own child, you'll usually find me outdoors cultivating a forest garden, foraging for tea ingredients, swimming in local rivers, or gathering with friends and neighbors to cook and share meals.

I believe that when families—especially mothers—are well supported during pregnancy and the early years of a child's life, it creates a foundation for healthier, more connected communities.
