Postpartum Navigators are doulas and community health workers who support families in
planning for the postpartum time and through the first 3-12 months postpartum.
They meet with parents during pregnancy to make a plan for having rest, support, and care.
After the baby arrives, they are available over text, in addition to monthly check-in meetings.
