Personal info: I’m a mom of three, including a set of twins, and a lover of deep conversations, ocean air, creativity, and meaningful connection. My path to becoming a doula comes from a genuine love of supporting people through life’s biggest transitions and helping them feel less alone along the way.
When I’m not supporting families as a doula, I work for Clatsop County Public Health and WIC, serving families in our community. You’ll usually find me spending time with my family and my dog, Frida, creating art, lounging on the beach by a bonfire, photographing life’s beautiful moments, or dreaming about my next adventure. Travel is one of my greatest passions, and so far I’ve explored 30 countries and counting.
I believe every family deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered. It is truly an honor to walk alongside families as they navigate pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and all the beautiful moments in between.
